Terms of cancellation:
At least three months prior to the guest's agreed arrival date, the contract can be cancelled by either side without any cancellation fee from both parties. At least one month prior to the guest's agreed arrival date, the contract can be cancelled by either side; a cancellation fee of the room price for three days must be paid. The hotel reserves the right, if not agreed differently, to step back from the contract if the guest has not arrived by 6pm on the agreed date of arrival. If the guest has paid a deposit, the room will be kept free until 12am on the following day (see group bookings – special conditions).
