Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, late arrival, early departure or no-show, the following conditions apply:
- There are no cancellation fees up to 3 weeks before your arrival date
- 3 weeks to 1 week before your arrival date: 70% of the total price
- In the last week before your arrival day: 90% of the total price
- In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price
We recommend taking out a travel insurance, which you can conveniently purchase online.

Important information
All about your journey
Arrival
Booked rooms are available from 15:00. If you arrive already in the morning, we will be happy to provide you with a changing room and store your luggage until the time you move into your room. In case of arrival after 19:00 we kindly ask for telephone message.
Departure
Upon departure, the room is ready until 11:00 am. We are happy to store your luggage even after check-out, so you can enjoy a last day of skiing.
Parking space
Parking space for your car is available directly at the hotel. Charging stations for e-cars (type Tesla) are also directly in front of the hotel. Should you require a closed garage, please contact us in advance (surcharge € 20,-).
Dogs
Dogs are welcome upon request. Please note our rules for dogs.
Payment options
The booking is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit in the amount of 30 % of the total price or the debit of a specified credit card. Deposit details you will receive with the booking confirmation after completing the online reservation.
Payment options at check-out: cash, EC card, Visa, MasterCard
When paying for third-party services (ski pass, ski guide/ski school, taxi, Lech Card) by credit card via the hotel bill, we charge a handling fee of 2 % of the total amount.
